We research owner and property records on the house you want to rent. Then we give you a report containing the legal owners name (or names of owners), purchase date, purchase price, and current amount owed against the property. After you move in we check the property records each month to verify that the folks you are paying rent to are still the owners of the house. We send you an email report each month. Should the owners of the house you are renting stop paying the mortgage and receive a Notice of Default (NOD) we will find out about it - since we check each month - and send you a report, along with the NOD.

Knowing ahead of time that the house you rented fair and square is about to go into foreclosure gives you the edge. In many cases, once an NOD is filed people have been able to stop paying rent and live rent-free for anywhere from four to 6 months. Not only that, but at the end of six months the bank, if it takes possession of the house, often pays anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 to a renter to move out. They call that "Cash for Keys." We walk you through the whole process, should this unfortunate event happen to you. We cannot guarantee a "Cash for Keys" payment, nor can we guarantee that you live rent-free. The service we provide gives you the information you need so that you can be in control.
